Tamara and her very deliberately recruited team all seem to share the same passion and care for the dogs, all genuinely appear to love the work and are great at engaging with all of the owners. I completely trust the team to have a set of keys and come and go taking my dog with them. Specifically Tamara’s care extends to the fact that if she ever believes the team are going to be more than 15 minutes late for pick up she makes sure I get a text (even though im not there and wouldn’t know.) Having been with several day care providers in the past this has really struck me as an extraordinary amount of conscientiousness and diligence about the people she is providing a service to. It has also struck me that Atticus never comes home dirty, RD seem to have truly excellent standards of cleanliness and even when you look online at the photos of RD headquarters the whole place looks clean, organised and tidy. I sometimes feel tempted to check myself in! I would whole heartedly recommend Tamara and the RD team.”

Biggie Smalls
“Our dog Biggie Smalls, has been part of the RD family since she was 3 months old and has loved every minute of it. With both of us working full time, leaving Biggie at home was never an option, however, regardless of this, we also wanted her to go somewhere which allowed her to socialise with other dogs and reduced her reliance upon us, whilst also being consistent in propagating our positive reinforcement training values.
From RD's very first visit, Tamara and Emma blew us away with how in tune they were with Biggie's and our needs, updating us throughout the day with pictures and videos as well as offering to advance Biggie's training progression. We've found that almost immediately Biggie improved on the lead and as an extension of that, we saw her recall quickly (and literally) come along leaps and bounds.
We're lucky enough to have a lovely pup who is calm, patient and kind towards other dogs and animals, this can undoubtably be largely attributed to the great work Tamara and the team have done with her. We would highly recommend Reservoir Dogs to anyone who is looking for a trust worthy, experienced, fun and loving environment for their pup to be part of.”

“Makki completely adores Tamara and team. She has been going to RD since she was 3 months old and it’s always the highlight of her week. It’s always great looking at the photos of Makki on their Instagram and can see how much she is enjoying herself. Hearing about her making friends and socialising was the main reason for wanting her to go as Shiba Inu’s can be very complex, however with Tamara’s incredible experience and love Makki has really blossomed. Beyond the day to day Tamara has been such a huge help with advice on raising a puppy as well as helping her and my close friends dog Hamble befriend each other. As first time dog owners, we were unsure about the process in general and also concerned about letting him leave us for the day, but from the first moment we spoke to Tamara we knew he was in safe hands. Tamara came over to meet us and Lenny to get to know us all and after that we were sure it was the right choice, and it absolutely was. As he went to daycare the updates throughout the day were frequent and really put our mind at ease.
5 months down the line he's definitely not shy anymore and great with other dogs and people, a huge part of which is due to the great team at Reservoir Dogs. When he gets picked up in the mornings Lenny gives both Tamara and Lyanne such an amazing welcome, of the sort usually only reserved for us. The days he goes to day care are his favourites now and he can't wait to go, he gets so excited he doesn't even say bye to us anymore!"
